We're so excited to be working with the fabulous team at Newcastle Pride again to curate this years Newcastle Pride Fair Day in Gregson Park, Hamilton. The event will take place on Sat 25th October 2025 from 11am-4pm featuring a huge lineup of family friendly entertainment and activities, an exciting market place, yummy street food, engaging community stalls and so much more!

In previous years, this event has attracted thousands of attendees from all over NSW and this year is going to be bigger & better! We'll be sharing more details about the event over the coming months!

APPLICATIONS ARE CLOSED (31/8/25) - ALL STALL SPOTS HAVE BEEN FILLED!

Applications made during our second round of applications (between Aug 1st-31st) will be replied to by Sept 12th.

Any applications made from Sept 1st will be kept on file for Fair Day 2026 - thank you!
