We're so excited to be working with the fabulous team at Newcastle Pride again to curate this years Newcastle Pride Fair Day in Gregson Park, Hamilton. The event will take place on Sat 24th October 2026 from 11am-4pm featuring a huge lineup of family friendly entertainment and activities, an exciting market place, yummy street food, engaging community stalls and so much more!

In previous years, this event has attracted thousands of attendees from all over NSW and this year is going to be bigger & better! We'll be sharing more details about the event over the coming months!

FIRST ROUND

Open now and closing on August 29th. Successful applications will be replied to during the first week of September.

SECOND ROUND

Applications placed after August 30th will be considered in our second round of applications for any limited availability during the lead up to the event.

Once all availability is filled, we will update this page as closed. Each year books out so get in quick beautiful peeps!

We have been super fortunate to work with the incredible, wonderful, hard working, selfless committee behind Newcastle Pride over the last few years on "Fair Day" as part of the huge Pride Festival month lineup. As a volunteer-run, registered charity that curates many events during this season and throughout the year, with no funding, Newcastle Pride depends on sponsorship and this year are without any major sponsorship which is making things tricky to say the least.
